These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website for The Home Service Alliance Podcast (the "Site"), operated by The Home Service Alliance ("we," "us," or "our"), and your participation as an applicant or guest on the show. By using the Site, submitting a guest application or booking a recording, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You may use the Site to watch and listen to episodes, learn about the show and apply to be a guest. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to access areas that are not public, interfering with how it works, submitting spam or automated requests, or using it for anything unlawful.
The episodes, video, audio, artwork, logos, text and other material on the Site are owned by The Home Service Alliance or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may watch, listen to and share links to our episodes for personal use. You may not download, re-upload, edit, sell or otherwise reuse our content, or use our name or logos, without our written permission. Short quotes with clear credit and a link back to the episode are welcome.
Applying to be a guest does not guarantee an invitation, a recording or an episode. We review every application and decide at our sole discretion who to invite. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to share it, including any information about your company.

The show features conversations about building, running and selling home service businesses. Everything on the show and the Site is for general information and entertainment. It is not financial, legal, tax, investment or other professional advice. Opinions are those of the people speaking and do not necessarily reflect the views of The Home Service Alliance. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions for your business. Results described by guests are their own and are not a promise of similar results.
The Site links to and embeds content from third parties, including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Meta. We do not control those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information, including how we handle text messages. It is part of these Terms.
The Site and the show are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Home Service Alliance, its owners, hosts and team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site, your application or your appearance on the show. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or the show will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Home Service Alliance, its owners, hosts and team from any claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, information you submit, statements you make as a guest, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms, the Site or the show will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed guest release, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and the show.
